15 min sweat set with Ena
EMOM! What is it, and why should you give it a go? EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute, a highly effective workout method. It provides a time-efficient way to build muscle, strength, endurance, and overall work capacity. Another benefit of EMOM training is the accountability to start with the next exercise.
Continue to the next exercise at the top of every minute. Perform each exercise for a total of 45 seconds, trying to do as many repetitions as possible. Rest for the remaining 15 seconds and jump into the following exercise at the completion of the 60 seconds.
Full-Body Sweat Session
You will need:
• 15 minutes
• Water
• Exercise mat
Do the circuit three to four times in total. Rest for a minute after the eighth exercise.
1. Bodyweight squats
2. Crunches


3. Jump rope
4. Knee push-ups


5. Superman lifts


6. Burpees
7. Plank
8. Window shutters
9. Rest (1 min)
July Challenge:
Last month’s challenge was to consistently train three times a week throughout the month of June. Without breaking that habit, I want to challenge you to drink two litres (eight glasses) of water per day. I’m holding myself accountable to that too!
