I negotiate, secure and confirm all your travel plans and experiences Once reserved, I advise on deposits due, deadlines, cancellation policies and provide final documentation. I continue to stay in touch to help you prepare for your trip.

We've dreamed, planned and booked, now it's time to experience and enjoy your trip! I reconfirm reservations, special occasions and VIP my clients prearrival with extra perks (in the form of upgrades or welcome amenities). I am available to ensure all goes smoothly while you travel.

GROUP TRAVEL 6+

The planning fees listed above include our initial consultation, the time involved in the research and development of the itinerary, and close consultation with you on revisions until all the details match your needs Charging a fee allows us to allocate the appropriate time and resources needed during this important phase of itinerary development

The Trip Planning Fee is non-refundable should you decide you don’t want to book the trip or cancel the trip for whatever reason including a force majeure event as defined in our terms and conditions If you decide to book with us, 50% of the planning fee will be applied to the booking of your trip If you decide you’d like to explore a different destination entirely additional fees may apply.
