DEFEATING THE 50KM ULTRA CHALLENGE TAKE PART IN THE INNOVATION CHALLENGE
Based on feedback from the ‘Listening Survey’ we want to improve engagement between frontline colleagues, managers and senior leaders. This will help us to create a better appreciation for how we all contribute to TPE, and we want your ideas on how we can tackle this. The Innovation Challenge is a chance for you to share any suggestions you have. They don’t need to be anything technical, just something unique that we haven’t tried before. You have until Friday 15 September to submit any ideas. You can take part by clicking here or by scanning the QR code right. There will be prizes for any ideas taken forward!
Back in May we shared that Josh Cunnington, On Board Service Manager, was taking part in the 50km Ultra Challenge, which involves hiking 50km around the south west coast of England.
We are so pleased to share that he completed this incredible challenge, raising £1,000 for Mind, a charity that provides support and advice for anyone facing a mental health problem. Congratulations Josh!

Pet Corner
This week we have two best friends, Fred the dog and Ardwick the cockatiel, named after the Manchester depot and the crest on his head that looks like a wick. They, alongside two other birds, are owned by Joe Dobson and Simon Rashleigh, Airport Conductors. If you think you have the most a-pawrable pet, email tpecommunications@ tpexpress.co.uk to be featured.
