The council, a consultative body, consists of the prime minister, the speakers of both chambers of parliament, the heads of the constitutional, supreme, and higher arbitration courts. According to the decree, the main goal of the council is to identify the reasons for the spread of corruption and to help the president determine policies for fighting it.
