Members of TB Nation in Q1 Survey
In 2023, Trailer Bridge is giving customers the opportunity to provide real-time feedback through a series of quarterly surveys. The online questionnaire is sent out to shippers at the end of each quarter who have moved freight with TB within the previous 6 months.

Respondents of the Q1 survey reported they were ‘Very Satisfied’ or ‘Satisfied’ with Trailer Bridge and rated ‘Customer Service’ and ‘Reliability’ as the top reasons they choose TB.
