Lead Spot Bonus Program

For employees not already subject to an incentive plan, this program allows you to earn a one-time spot bonus of $250 for a new lead you bring to TB that ultimately ships with us within six months. Eligible employees can submit one lead per week through the submittal portal managed by the Marketing team.

Glossary Term of the Month

FCL (Full Container Load) refers to when shippers are shipping cargo that takes up the space of a full 20’ or 40’ ocean container.

LCL (Less Than Container Load) refers to shipments that require less space than a full 20’ or 40’ container. These smaller shipments are consolidated inside with other LCL shipments in the same container before being loaded on a ship for transport.
