Sale Location The sale will be held in our new sale facility at the farm. From Highway 81 running north and south through Marlow, go 3/4 mile west on Ball Park Road.
Registered cattle will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s expense. Each buyer must be sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for making transfers. Proper breeding statements will be signed by the seller for the buyer to use in registering calves born after the sale with the American Angus Association. Cattle will not be transferred until paid for in full. Commercial cattle sell without registration certificates.

Absentee Bids If you would like to place a bid on any lot but will not be able to attend the sale, please direct your bid by mail or phone to the owners, the sale manager or any member of the sale staff.

Sale Terms and Conditions All cattle are to be paid for with cash or good check during or immediately following the sale and will not be released until settlement has been made, unless prior arrangements have been made with the owners or the sale manager.
Herd Health All cattle will have proper health charts required for immediate interstate shipment. Bred females will have been pregnancy examined. Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk after it is sold. Herd veterinarian is Lyndon Graf, D.V.M., Marlow, Oklahoma.
Trucking Livestock haulers believed to be reliable will be available for hire sale day. We will be happy to assist in making delivery arrangements.
Announcements Announcements made at the sale from the auction block will take precedence over statements in the sale catalog. We reserve the right to withdraw any sale lot not meeting our specifications prior to sale time.
