La montatura per il Floating Feeder è semplicissima. La lenza passa attraverso l’occhiello della girella, mentre due stoppers in gomma limitano lo scorrimento del pasturatore. A valle, una girella segna la giunzione con il terminale, scaricando le torsioni generate dall’innesco durante il recupero senza pesce. Il terminale può essere cortissimo, anche solo 10 centimetri nella pesca in piena estate.

Destinati alla pesca estiva, quando i pesci cercano il cibo negli strati superficiali dell’acqua, oppure in ambienti a ridotta profondità, durante la stagione fredda, questi pasturatori galleggianti scaricano le esche con precisione nella colonna d’acqua che comprende l’amo. Ideali per la pastura, i bigattini o i pellet, sono confezionati individualmente in blister. Si consiglia di utilizzare la line clip del mulinello per eseguire lanci precisi e concentrare la pasturazione in un’area ristretta.
The Floating Feeder rig is extremely simple as well as effective. The mainline pass through the swivel’s eye, while two rubber stoppers limit the feeders’ freedom to slide up and down. A swivel located at hooklink’s joint is worth to download the torsions caused by hookbait during the retrieve without fish. The hooklink can be very short, even just 10 centimetres in case of summer fishing.

Una delle soluzioni più efficaci nella pesca in fiume prevede il montaggio del terminale in assetto helicopter. Grazie al doppio stopper con perline e girella (v. pag. 24), il terminale lavora a 90° rispetto alla madre lenza, con la libertà di ruotare attorno al suo asse. Così si evita la formazione di grovigli nel lancio, mentre la segnalazione dell’abboccata non risente del peso del feeder. One of the most effective solutions for river fishing is the helicopter rig. Thanks to double stopper with pearls and swivel (see page 24), the hooklink works at 90° from main line, with freedom to rotate around it. Thus, casting is tangle-free, and bite indication gets no interference from feeder’s weight.
