Thinking of selling your home?
The Community Development Department has a checklist of typical items that will be looked at during resale inspection that is required.
This inspection identifies and remedies common safety and property maintenance concerns and the resulting certificate of compliance is required by most mortgage lenders.
The checklist addresses interior and exterior conditions. Click on “Checklist for Residential Certificate of Compliance” on the township website: https://www.lowerprovidence.org/ home/pages/permitsforms
