Projects Signal Investments in Infrastructure Road Improvement Program The Township's road improvement program is continuing with the repair of the following roads this year: Coldspring Drive, Fenwick Circle, Jennifer Lane, South Grange Avenue, Raynham Road, Worthington Road and Woodlyn Avenue (first block off Trooper Road). Recon Construction was awarded the cold-in-place recycling portion of the project in the amount of $144,300. With this method, the road is milled to approximately six inches in depth and then the milled material is mixed with new asphalt and other materials to create a new sixinch sub-base. After a curing period, a new surface is
applied. Bracalente Construction was awarded the final surface paving portion of the project in the amount of $311,341.25. The total bid cost is $455,641.25.

Additionally, Pennsylvania American Water Company will be paving Appledale Road, from Sunnyside Avenue to Park Avenue, Second Street from Park Avenue to Midland Avenue, West Mount Kirk, from Ridge Pike to Sunset Avenue, and part of Woodlyn Avenue.
