GROUPX FITNESS CLASSES
All classes are held in Studio 2 and do not require advanced registration.
•Active Aging. Low impact strength and light cardio for aging adults. •Barre. Stretch, tone, and tighten with isometric movements inspired by ballet. •Bootcamp. Functional interval training with bursts of cardio to kick your metabolism into high gear. •Cardio Dance. Hip hop and Latin dance fusion. •Cycle. Spin bike for a great cardio workout. •High Fitness. Old school aerobics with exciting music and muscle-sculpting flair. •Hip Hop Dance. Heart-pumping, hip-shaking, hip hop dance.

•Interval Training. Interval-based cardio and strength training.
•PiYo®. Combine the muscle-toning, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga. •Reps & Sets. Build long, lean muscle with light weights and high sets. •Strength. Pure strength, no cardio allowed! •Strength & Cardio. Circuit-based cardio and strength exercises to maximize metabolism.
•Yoga. Increase overall body awareness, flexibility, and balance.
•Zumba®. Heart-pumping, hip-shaking Latin dance.

2021 MAYOR’S FITNESS CHALLENGE March 22-April 30, 2021
This annual challenge, started by Mayor David Hillock in 2015, is an intensive six-week virtual program held every spring. MFC Kickoff Week is March 15-20, 2021!
The fee to participate is $25 for individuals and $65 for families. The family rate covers six immediate family members residing in the same household. Family memberships accommodate one or two heads of household, and all dependents must be under 23 years of age.
Those participating in the program will set personal goals for weight loss or fitness and will receive weight loss tips, wellness coaching, workout instruction, and nutrition advice.
