Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to study whilst also gaining practical skills on the job. At Tower Hamlets College we have numerous employment opportunities in the public, private and not-forproďŹ t sectors. You come into College either half or one day a week, depending on your particular apprenticeship framework requirement, and the remainder of your apprenticeship is assessed at your placement. Apprentices are employed for at least a year and many are offered to stay on in employment when they have completed their Level 2 or 3 apprenticeship. Apprenticeships are real job vacancies with speciďŹ c person and job requirements that must be met. Each apprenticeship is unique. Commitment and employability skills are always required. All eligible candidates that progress through to application stage will need to have a successful college and employer interview.
