Be inspired with a mix of contemporary and traditional ideas on homemade baking and cooking.

Absolute beginner or seasoned cook, there’s a class for you here in Mary Anne Mackle’s homely kitchen. Under her expert guidance, you’ll sharpen your culinary skills and techniques in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.

Classes are on Saturdays. They’re a combination of demonstration and hands-on experience and everyone is encouraged to get stuck in. Learn traditional Irish baking or get creative with your cakes. There’s kids’ classes too. Whatever you make is yours to keep. You’ll have a selection of great, tried and tested recipes to take home and try for yourself too.

You’ll also enjoy a welcome break midmorning for tea and scones. There’s sure to be a bit of ‘craic’ thrown in for good measure!
