FARMERS’ MARKETS The North Coast Growers’ Association invites you to our five certified farmers’ markets to celebrate the bounty of fresh and local Humboldt-grown produce. Join us in supporting local farmers, the local economy and healthy families. Weekday Farmer’s Markets are seasonal, JuneOctober. Tours are available for school classes and senior center groups.

FIRE & LIGHT GLASS TOUR Arcata, CA: Fire & Light was formed in 1995 as a partnership between the Arcata Community Recycling Center and a group of local investors who wanted to develop an innovative plan for using local recycled glass. Join us for a tour to see how we have turned over 8 million bottles and jars into beautiful glass tableware and decorative accessories. See the whole process from recycling bottles and jars to our skilled craftsman pouring 2200 degree colorful art glass. Tours are available Monday through Friday at 10am, 12pm and 2pm.
