Depart for the 3-hour drive to Poring Hot Spring for a chance to observe wildlife and the trees from 100 feet above the forest floor. Later proceed to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Kinabalu Park. Explore the mountain gardens with your guide before returning to the hotel.

Day at leisure to relax or explore on your own.

Day 04: Kuching –

Today drive to Batang Ai reservoir. Stop for lunch and stroll around the shops at Lachau Bazaar. Board a local longboat and travel upriver to the Iban village. Evening visit Nanga Sumpa longhouse. Relax on the ruai (common verandah) and spend time with the Iban people, enjoy some local rice wine. Stay overnight at Nanga Sumpa.
Day 05: Nanga Sumpa –Lubok Kasai

Following breakfast hike, the jungle trails along the river to another community then continue upriver by longboat. On the way relax, swim, enjoy the Enseluai waterfall and rainforest surroundings. After BBQ lunch trek for 1-2 hours along a rainforest trail and arrive at the jungle camp. After dinner go for a night walk and enjoy the tranquillity of the forest. Stay two nights at Lubok Kasai jungle camp.

After breakfast, trek on one of the rainforest trails to look for orangutans and other wildlife like pig-tailed macaques, hornbills, and a variety of birds. Return for the lunch and relax. Around 1600 hours depart on a 1-2 hour walk along a trail that follows the Lalang River and search of orang-utans.
Day 07: Lubok Kasai – Kuching B L
After breakfast travel downriver to the Batang Ai Lake jetty followed by overland back to Kuching with lunch en-route. Arrive Kuching and transfer on to the Damai Beach area. Evening free to relax or explore the town and stay Stay three nights at Damai Beach Resort.
