Borkum feel like your perfect getaway.
This photogenic island is a wonderful hangout, with numerous hideaways.
Yoyo Collas, owner/creator of the SIM (moderate rating), named it after RL
Borkum, an island and municipality in the Leer District in Lower Saxony, northwestern Germany.
Its available activities include rental bike rides, kite surfing, volleyball, and a playground, as well as amenities like the lighthouse, sun loungers, umbrellas, a beach café, ranger tower and several beautifully decorated cottages, both at the seaside and at the top of the island overlooking the ocean.
Or you can simply relax in the white sand, listening to music, the sounds of the sea, the waves and the seagulls while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, the view, and the beautiful people.

crystal-clear waters and palm trees is the centerpiece of this coral island.

Gifted SL photographer Effy Nova is the owner/creator of Moksha (moderate rating), a simple, lovely Indian atoll with an atmosphere conducive to relaxing, chilling, and hanging out with friends.
The beach offers various sitting areas, and there are cozy, secluded, nicely decorated beach huts along both sides of the pier as well as numerous little boats to enjoy.
If you’re in a more social mood, be sure to check out the beach bar at the end of the pier. It has both sitting and dining sections. Several exotic bird species live here, as well as some playful little elephants.
If you’re tempted to pull out your trusty camera, you’re in luck. Moksha is photographer-friendly. (join the group for rezzing rights).
All-in-all, if you like a splash of color while you lounge, Moksha is a must-visit.g
