THE PRODUCT - PENNY AUCTION Upon enrollment with Conligus, our members gain exclusive access to our Penny auction platform. This cutting edge auction provides bidders the opportunity to buy amazing products for as little as a cent. (â‚Ź0.01) All of our auctions start at one Euro cent and are progressively raised by 0.1 Euro cent with each successful bid. The auctioned price will always be set to a maximum of 1 - 9% of the global average retail price. With each membership package that is offered by Conligus, you will receive a precise amount of bids. You can use these bids to bid on any of the top of the line products offered by numerous high end companies from around the world. Our products include the latest stylish and chic fashions from Paris and New York. We also feature exclusive holiday packages to some of the most enchanting locations throughout the world.

MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES It is free to become a Conligus member and get access to the Conligus auction and community. However to recieve bonus, and be able to profit from our compensation plan in Conligus, you have to be an active member. To become an active member of the Conligus community, you have access to a few options. You can become active by purchasing a specific amount of bids (165 CV) over a 3 month period. You can also immediately become an active member by purchasing either our Pro or Executive Auctioneer package.

PRODUCT PACKAGES As a Pro Member, you will begin with 1 Marketing center (MC). In addition, you will receive 1 share in the Business Expansion Pool (B.E.P) and 40 Bid packs with 10 bids in each pack in order for you to easily market your business to new customers. As an Executive Member you will start off with 3 Marketing Centers and 4 shares in the B.E.P as well as 150 bid packs containing of 10 bids in each.

HOW DO I GET PAID IN CONLIGUS? There are two ways to earn money in Conligus. In cash and into your Business Expension Wallet. Cash: Your personal, and organizations, marketing efforts is paid into your cash account. This consists of results from: Cycle Bonus, Direct Bonus and Matching Bonus. You will get get paid DAILY and withdraw at your own convenience with your personal Conligus Debit Card or transfering your funds to your preffered account. B.E.W: Your organizations Business Expansion Wallet. Conligus rewards your personal, and organizations marketing efforts by topping your commission with 50 %. We will “top up” your; Cycle Bonus, Direct Bonus and Matching Bonus. This way, we help you to expand your marketing empire to reach your goals faster. Your Business Expansion Pool (B.E.P) and Leadership Expansion Pool (L.E.P) shares will be paid in this account as well.

PROFIT SHARING All active members in Conligus share 10 % of the company's total monthly CV. As a Pro Member, you will receive 1 share of that total. As an Executive Member, you will receive 4 shares from that monthly total. Each time you sponsor new members into your team your profit shares increase. If you sponsor a Pro Member, you will be rewarded with an additional share for each new member and if you sponsor an Executive Member, you will be rewarded with 4 additional shares for each new Executive Member you enroll. DIRECT BONUS When new members join Conligus with you as their sponsor, they are placed below you in either your right or left leg. In your settings, you have the choice of Preferred or Auto Leg placement. This will provide you with the ability to expand your Business successfully. TEAM CYCLE BONUS The Team Cycle Bonus rewards you on both your Personal and Team effort. You build two teams, beginning on your left and right. We call this a binary system. Through this system, you are paid in something called Cycles. Conligus is paying commissions on the total turnover created by you and your team in accordance with the Commissionable Volume (CV) created. One Cycle is equal to 300 CV in your left leg and 150 CV in your right leg or vice versa.

TEAM CYCLE BONUS IS PAYED OUT INTO YOUR CASH ACCOUNT AND IS ALWAYS TOPPED WITH 50% INTO YOUR B.E.W

Each fulfilled Cycle pays 16,50 Euro. If a cycle is not fulfilled, and you still have remaining volume, the remaining volume can be "banked" for 6 months.

As a Pro Member, you have only 1 active marketing center (MC). This in turn compensates you in cycles on the total volume from your left and right leg. As an Executive Member, you will own a total of 3 Marketing Centers (MC’s) maximizing your teams cycle bonus and tripling your earning power in the process.

MATCHING BONUS The Matching Bonus program is a bonus incentive that is used as motivation to help you and your team to succeed. This amazing bonus pays out 6.5% of each personally enrolled Team Members total Cycle earnings. As a Pro Member, you have the ability to enjoy profits through 3 generations of members. As an Executive Member, you have the ability to profit as far as five generations below you.

This rewarding program is called our Leadership Bonus Pool or (L.E.P). When you become a Conligus Star Achiever, you are rewarded accordingly. You will share 3 % of Conligus total monthly CV. To show our support for our leaders, this unique Bonus is a fantastic incentive to the shining stars of Conligus.

CONLIGUS TERMINOLOGY MP:

A Marketing Partner and a Conligus Community member.

SPONSOR:

A Sponsor is the person who introduce or enroll you in the Conligus Community.

CV:

Conligus Volume is used as a currency within the company and is how you commissions are based.

CYCLE:

Volume which is created within the Network. This Volume is converted into Cycles. One cycle is 300CV/150CV.

B.E.P:

Business Expansion Pool is an extra bonus program designed to help expand your business.

L.E.P:

Leadership Expansion Pool is an extra bonus program designed to reward leaders in the Conligus Community.

B.E.W:

Business Expansion Wallet (Bonus Wallet by company).

BINARY:

Dual Team organization, only one direct position available left & right.

MATCHING BONUS:

Paid by direct sponsor lines. Same as generations G1 & G2. Your kids and their kids etc.

MC:

Marketing Center, In other words the position owned by the member in the network.

SINGLE:

Means only one position/MC in the network.

TRIPLE:

Means three (3) positions/MC’s in the network active from the start by the MP.
