AMY CRUITE
Amy Cruite of Goffstown, New Hampshire, combines her hometown insider’s know-how with a lifelong passion for education to fuel her real estate enterprise. “I’m a teacher at heart, and a people person – I love building relationships, being around people, and time management and organization has always been a strength for me. I actually really love being involved in the paperwork. Some agents use a transaction coordinator, but I love all of the details throughout the transaction and making sure things are pristine for my clients.”
Prior to entering real estate, Amy enjoyed a ten year career as a fifth grade math teacher. “I was teaching full time, which can be pretty demanding,” she recalls, “and I’m a mom first and foremost. I wanted to be able to spend more time with my kids, so I started taking courses at Southern New Hampshire University and graduated with my Master’s in Leadership while pursuing my real estate licensure.” This grueling schedule had Amy managing a full teacher’s workload, attending night classes twice a week, and passing her forty hours of real estate coursework over a ten day stretch. A month later she passed the state and national exams on her first attempt, and signed up with Realty ONE Group Next Level - Bedford. “They seemed like the perfect fit for me. They have a 100% commission structure, great marketing tools, and digital frameworks to help me hit the ground running. Not many places provide that level of support, and I’m grateful for everything they’ve given me.”
Since signing on with her brokerage a year and a half ago, Amy has transitioned to full time real estate as a solo agent serving Southern New Hampshire, specializing in Bedford and Manchester. Since June 2022, Amy has cleared over twenty transactions and her brokerage has recognized her efforts with the Bronze Award. She attributes her immediate success to a penchant for client education and deep seated passion for her hometown.

“I’m definitely a townie. I grew up here in Goffstown, the majority of my large family lives in town; plus, I was a teacher here for a decade and my own two children go to school here (they’re six and four)! I’m a true, New Hampshire country girl at heart – I know all the best fishing holes and scenic hiking trails.”
As a predominantly listing agent, Amy has gone to great lengths to leverage Realty ONE Group Next Level’s robust digital footprint. “They help create great videos and reels with professional photography and drone footage. Being able to use that on social media is where I focus my marketing, which leads to effective turnaround times for my clients.” Amy also strives to enmesh herself more deeply in her community: she fundraises with her brokerage to support her colleagues who run the Boston Marathon, participates in food drives for a local food bank, and celebrated her company’s founding day on May 1st by giving back and cleaning a historic cemetery in Manchester. “I want to continue making an impact – not just as a REALTOR®, but as someone who’s known in the community for serving others the best I can.”
