Hello everyone !!! We are primary school students from Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Spain. We are very proud and very happy to present the final product of our etwinning project cooperation: International Cookery E-book E@T FIT No more than a month ago we started working on our E@T FIT project – a project meant to promote healthy diet and lifestyle as well foreign students' cooperation in English. We really had a lot of fun looking for and sharing recipes, and preparing healthy snacks and dishes which we then photographed and described ‌. and, of course, ate. It was also very interesting to see what snacks are popular or typical in different countries. And here it is... the outcome of our work:) We put in your hands a cookry book that, hopefully, will help you to keep and eat fit:) E@T FIT project team

Procedure: 1. Cut the baguettes to the halves 2. Put liquid cheese on the baguettes and put them on the plate 3. Put the salad´s leaf on the plate next to the baguettes 4. Cut the tomatoes to the quarters and put them on salad 5. Sprinkle everything with basil

Procedure: 1. Cut fruit to the small pieces 2. Scramble cottage with yolk and add a small spoon of sugar 3. Put the cottage in the middle of the plate 4. Put banana and the remaining fruit around the cottage

Wash the red pepper, prepare the red pepper. 2.Mix cottage cheese and a little cream. 3.Cut green pepper and cheese to cubes. 4.Add green pepper and cheese to cottage cheese and cream. 5.Put mixture into the red pepper. 6.Put it on the tray . 7.Put it in the oven (170 degrees Celsius) for twenty minutes.
