open houses, from the sidelines at HSE Rugby matches (where NZ Troy is known as Coach Benji), Drew (no nickname yet!) coaches his daughter’s softball and Dr. Tom helps coach his son’s Futbol (Soccer) games. All three men started in other industries and were drawn to real estate. It’s clear that they love what they do. “This is where my passion lies,” shares Drew, who handled contracts for his business ventures and for his brother, who played in the NFL. There is a playful competitiveness among the team and all have a mutual respect for one another, firmly believing a rising tide raises all ships.

“We have fun doing this,” states Dr. Tom. "We value family and with our business, it’s the relationship piece that makes all the difference.” Dr. Tom, NZ Troy and Drew (still no nickname!) have gravitated to one another based on shared values. Giving back is important to all who are on their team. Working on a stronger community is something that every agent bought into it and are passionate about it. All have their own reasons, but common thread is their belief in giving back to those who serve.
