April was a busy and fun month for Xaa-wan’k’wvt Early Learning Program. On April 4th, their was a Easter egg hunt facilitated by Head Start and Human Resources. The children each received five or more eggs that were donated and hidden by various departments and Head Start parents. On April 28th, The Head Start Parent Committee, Head Start staff, as well as a record attended a field trip to Ocean World to learn about the Ocean. Special thanks to the many departments who volunteer their tim and hide eggs as well as XELP parent committee for fundraising to make the field trip possible.
