assemble and lace a pair of leather moccasins. Those who completed the survey and provided photos of their completed moccasins were able to select a beautiful knit beanie as their participation incentive to take home.
If you would like to join us at future Family Unity Activity events please register with the link provided on our flyers that are posted monthly on TDN social media sites and listed in the newsletter. These activities are open to Native American/Alaskan Native families residing in our service area with at least one child under the age of 18 living in the home.

Higher Education & Vocational Training STUDENT REMINDER
Post-Secondary (Higher Ed & Voc Ed) funding is available for Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation citizens seeking full-time or part-time courses of study.
Applications are available online at the Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation website. Also, applications can be picked up at the TDN Headquarters front desk located at 12801 Mouth Smith River Road, Smith River, CA. M – F, 8 – 5.
Post-Secondary financial assistance is available to high school-aged students concurrently enrolled in college courses while in high school.

Are you graduating in 2023 from 8th grade, high school or college?

If so contact Diana Bommelyn in the Education Department. Each graduate needs to fill out a questionnaire and submit a photo.
