HISTORY • 1990 - the founding of the Tokić Company Ltd. and the opening of the first outlet store • 2000 - the company counts 10 outlet stores in Zagreb, independently imports 50% of sales

The Tokić Company has been founded 1990. We started our business in retail store which size was 35m2 in the centre of Zagreb. The warehouse was located in a garage and office was on the ground floor of a family house. Since then until the present day, we tried to preserve next principles: Long-term customer satisfaction Our job is focused on fulfilling the needs of our customers. According to numerous pools, our customers rate us highly for quality of the service, speed of the delivery and width of the assortment.
Product quality guarantee All of our suppliers meet the highest international standards of quality and safety (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO/ TS 16949 etc.), and most of them manufacture car parts for the first installation. 80% of the Tokić sales assortment has BER certificate.
Wide product range In our offer there are more than 170.000 various articles in all categories of products from more than 170 biggest world manufacturers for all types of passenger cars and light freight cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles.
Employee expertise Argument of our devotion to compentence of our employees is opening of the most contemporary education centre in this part of Europe. Our employees attend regulary diverse educations in Croatia and abroad so they could always keep up with the technological development and the market needs.

The Auto Check Center Service Network (ACC Service) is based on the ATR Group’s (a world’s leading association for automotive parts) workshop concept which Tokić introduced in Croatia in 2013.
In 2008 Tokić became a member of ATR International AG, a world’s leading association for automotive parts. This partnership ensured our continuing growth and the expansion of our assortment through the first-rate suppliers.

In 2014 we launched the Tokić Educational Center (TEC) dedicated to a specialised education of auto mechanics and car electricians who perform that job in service shops or on their own. The purpose of the center is to offer the qualified personnel the high-level education which will enhance their competence and raise the quality of the jobs they perform, enable them to follow the most recent trends in the car industry and contribute to the coordination with the highest international professional standards.
TOKIĆ BRANDS
Our TQ brand represents an alternative to car parts of unknown origin and quality. All the TQ products underwent an intensive testing of various independent institutes and hold internationally acclaimed certificates. Today the TQ assortment totals approximately 3.700 articles divided into groups of products.
In order to enable our clients - car repair shops and services – to purchase high-quality equipment at a reasonable price, we launched a private brand named Hector in 2013. Our goal was to provide our clients with the opportunity to perform all types of work requiring a large number and a wide spectre of professional tools and diagnostics, service and garage equipment.
Atom is a brand introduced by Tokić in 2014. It includes verified EU products and its price is among the most favorable on the market.

TOKIĆ RACING TEAM The Tokić Racing Team was founded in 2010 and it has grown into the biggest Croatian motorsport team, which competes in every important motor-racing event and achieves remarkable results. We would like to emphasize that we have as many as four Croatian champions and three runners-up in our team, a number of current track record holders, speed record holders in Croatia and neighbouring countries in various automoto events, and, since recently, the fastest car in Croatia and the region and the only ST car in Croatia. Aside from eleven competitive cars which take part in every competition in the region, we ourselves sponsor the biggest events in Croatia, from rallies to speed races.

TOKIĆ 25th ANNIVERSARY NEW RETAIL CONCEPT
Tokić company presented in car parts segment new and unique retail concept by opening the new big store in Sesvete. We introduced self service part where buyers can choose by themselves additional equipment and cosmetics for their car, separated cash registers for mechanics and other buyers, and also queue machines.
The highlight of the 25th anniversary celebration was the exhibition “Tokić – 25 years with you” in the new logistic distribution center in Sesvete where more than 70 world known suppliers presented the novelties from the car industry. More than 6.000 suppliers, buyers and partners of the Tokić company and numerous guests from the public, business and political scene from Croatia and abroad witnessed the strength and progress of the Tokić company.
