SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT IN TRAPHACO RESPONSIBILITIES OF EXECUTIVE BOARD
CEO • Traphaco’s CEO is responsible for managing the business activities of the Company in order to exercise the rights and responsibilities of the owner, shareholder or capital contributor in relation to its subsidiaries and enterprises. The Company is responsible for implementing the sustainable development in the actual operation of the Company through the establishment of specific targets for each functional division and subsidiary;
Executives Board • Implement the sustainable development plan under the direction of CEO, facilitating and supervising issues related to sustainable development.
• CEO is responsible to the Board of Directors for organizing and supervising the implementation of the strategic objectives and development orientations of the Company, its Subsidiaries and Traphaco-invested enterprises in order to preserve, raising capital, improving business efficiency, efficiently using all resources. • Direct and monitor the performance of the development objectives in subsidiaries, ensuring the relative balance of the economic, social and environmental factors. • Make periodic reports on the socio-economic and environmental impacts, risks and opportunities for the BoD to consider changes in production and business activities or to make extraordinary reports when the socio-economic and environmental situation has a profound effect on the operation of enterprises.
• Introduce and implement initiatives and measures to ensure sustainable development in accordance with the orientation and suit the characteristics of each unit according to the strategy and development orientation of the Company. • Implement sustainable development and monitor the performance of the Company and its subsidiaries in a sustainable manner, ensuring a relative balance of economic, social and environmental factors. • Propose ideas and initiatives for sustainable development in cooperation with the Divisions of the Company and its subsidiaries, to actualize these ideas under the direction of the Board. • Managers of functional divisions coordinate in implementing and promoting sustainable development in Traphaco.
