Your Weekly Commitment Scheduler is a ver y important tool

 If you don’t understand your scheduler, or you think a store visit is missing from your scheduler, please reach out to your DS immediately.  Please work stores on the days they are scheduled. Missing a scheduled visit prompts our clients to question our service commitment which could result in a loss of client work. OUCH ~! A missed visit on the day it is scheduled, also hurts your compliance percentage. If a scheduled visit is not going to be made, you should notify your Supervisor immediately. What will your compliance be this week? 100% or OUCH?

IN-STORE Relationships & Vendor Logs  It is TNG Policy that you sign the Vendor Log in stores upon each visit. This alerts the stores that you are or were in the store for service. When you sign in, you should be indicating the services you are completing. EXAMPLE:

Name ----- TNG Merchandising ----- Frontline / Causal & KPF Name ----- TNG Merchandising ----- Magazines & Readerlink

Books  Your in-store relationships with Managers and Scanning Coordinators establishes the needed communication and support of our service. Managers need to know you are there and working. Please make sure you are talking to in-store personnel on each visit.

POCKET TRACKER – don’t forget to “refresh” ever y day

 If you use Pocket Tracker, a "Refresh" is required on the days you work -preferably once before beginning work and once at the end of the day. This is to have the most up-to-date information from the system for use within Pocket Tracker, and also to transmit all data that may be stored in the phone application.  When using PocketTracker, be sure to watch the notification bar when "refreshing." The notification bar will confirm the transmission of data by showing you "Data Synchronized Successfully" and "PocketTracker ™ Load Complete."  If these do not appear during the refresh process, it's a good chance that data DID NOT transmit to the server.
