Elliott Sadler (No. 38 M&M’s Ford) ended a 108-race winless streak as he edged rookie Kasey Kahne by 0.028 of a second for the victory in the Samsung/RadioShack 500, marking the closest NASCAR Sprint Cup Series finish in Texas Motor Speedway history. Sadler, who started 19th, passed Jeff Gordon with 27 laps remaining and held off a charging Kahne for his second career win and first with Robert Yates Racing. Kahne dominated much of the race, leading 148 of 334 laps.
