The stair has 4 bowed treads with a helical ascending bull nose starter step. The basement stair is a curved “U” stair that continues with a smooth flow from the main area. We have designed custom 10” iron scrolls with triple decorative medallions in the rail work to match the iron front doors. These will be matched with 9/16th hammered wrought iron balusters and newels with over the post poplar Monte Carlo railings. All of the poplar will be faux finished to give the look and feel of limestone material. The balusters will be faux finished to give a soft Old World feel.
