For Mark Heitz, this dream became a reality when his company became part of the world’s oldest and largest insurance company—Aviva. “It was so fun to take a relatively small company and put together a strategy and team of people to make it successful,” Heitz said. While in law school, Heitz clerked for the Kansas Insurance Commissioner and his first job after graduating was with an insurance company.
