you’re tālking to me? It is not who we are that matters but what we do. blāc stands for social criticism by uniformism, authority, finity & infinity, style and elegance. Our vision is the decline of clothing relevance and visual overstimulation with the aim to create free space for your creativity. No matter how fucked up your are, with our fashion you’ll still look sharp as fuck.

blāc is a high-quality fashion brand based in germany, with the aim to enhance customers lives by reducing the style and colors to its essence. It was founded 2012 by four design students from cologne. They began by selling shirts and later widened their range to suits, trousers, polos and acessories. The ultimate goal is to provide a large fashion range that covers every modern mans need from a to z.

BUSINESS As adults, we have many inhibitions against crying. We feel it is an expression of weakness, feminity or of childishness. The person who is afraid to cry is afraid of pleasure. Because that person holds himself together rigidly so that he won’t cry; that is, the rigid person is as afraid of pleasure as he is afraid to cry. In a situation of pleasure he will become anxious. As his tensions relax he will begin to tremble and shake, and attempt to control it so as not to break down in tears. His anxiety is nothing more than the conflict

between his desire to let go and his fear of letting go. This conflict will arise whenever the pleasure is strong enough to threaten his rigidity. Since rigidity develops as a means to block out painful sensations, the release of rigidity will bring these painful sensations to the fore. Somewhere in his unconscious the neurotic individual is aware that pleasure can evoke the repressed ghosts of the past. It could be that such a situation is responsible for the adage “No pleasure without pain. ” Alexander Lowen

CASUAL Falling in love for the first time is a completely transcendent experience. It’s like eating pizza-flavored ice cream. Your brain can’t even process that level of joy. Love makes people do crazy things like kill other people or shop at Crate & Barrel. I think on some level it makes us all delusional. Deep down, our whole lives, no matter how low our selfesteem gets, we think, I have a special skill that no one knows about and if they knew they’d be amazed.

And then eventually we meet someone who says, “You have a secret special skill.” And you’re like, “I know! So do you!” And they’re like, “I know!” And then you’re like, “We should eat pizza ice cream together.” And that’s what love is. It’s this giant mound of pizzaflavored ice cream and delusion. shut the fuck up and

LAIDBACK If more people understood how nice it is to have a sense of home that extends past our locked doors, past our neighbors’ padlocks, to the local food co-op and library, the sidewalks busted up by old trees. If we all held home with longer arms, we’d live in a very different place. We wouldn’t feel so alone, no matter the size of our houses or our bank accounts, no matter whether we

had good health or heart failure. We would begin to see that each moment presents an opportunity to relax, to notice that the wind has shifted & a storm is coming, or that our friend’s toddler has decided to wear dinner instead of eating it. We would see that each minute counts for something timeless and, if we want, we all can find our way inside these big, tiny, moments.
