ANewcastle-based charity has received a donation boost thanks to a fundraising club.

The donation to theAlice Charity has been made recently by Phoenix Mcc, which is afamily orientated club that likes to do its bit for both local and personal members charities.
Aspokesman for the charity said: Huge thanks to Phoenix Mccfor their recent school uniform donation which will be distributed to help support local families who are in need.
Alice is alocal charity which supports families in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme socially, emotionally and financially throughthe experience of safeness, kindness, warmth and compassion.
The team at Alice Charity are currently gearing up to tee offwith acharity GolfDay on September 24. The Alice Charity Golf Day will take place at Trentham Park Golf Club.
Aspokesman said: OurannualGolfDay is back. Enjoy 18 holes of golf, breakfast, two course meal, prizes for winners. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
