Tim Dupell

For Tim Dupell, providing personalized mental health care and advocacy is a deeply personal calling. With his loved ones and family facing challenges such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Addiction, and Autism, he understands firsthand the importance of individualized care in supporting individuals and their families. But Dupell's journey to this work was a circuitous one. After gaining valuable experience in finance, accounting, and risk management as a CPA consultant with Ernst & Young, he founded Family Help & Wellness, an organization dedicated to providing mental and behavioral health services to youth nationwide. Through his work with HMO Oregon/Capital Health Care and later as CFO of The Corvallis Clinic, Dupell gained insight into the areas where individuals were not receiving the needed care. Now, Dupell's career is devoted to service – to helping families and individuals access the personalized care and support they need to thrive. His passion and dedication are a testament to the transformative power of empathetic expertise in the mental health field.
