Oregon Tilth was the first organic certifier to bring inspectors on staff as full-time employees with benefits. We wanted inspectors with the highest integrity to have employment safety protecting the purity of organic and the Oregon Tilth brand. We invested in additional jobs in the organization that offer development potential.
