The Arrow Scrapbook was first published in 1999 and hit number five on the Globe & Mail non-fiction bestseller list eight weeks after its launch. It has sold more than 17,0 00 copies to date. The book explains in detail what really happened to the Arrow from its noble beginnings to its sad demise. All findings are richly supported with copies of period documents and photographs - many never seen before. It took exhaustive research, spanning two and half years in Ottawa's various archives, and frequent Freedom of Information requests to get the data. Many have lauded the book as a landmark work.
