Jef holds the fort

CCongratulations to Jef Adams, Estate Security Manager with Bidvest Noonan at Cardinal Place, for winning a Player of the Month award.

Following an accident that forced Clinton Krishna (Security Manager for 62 Buckingham Gate, The Zig Zag Building and 123 Victoria Street) to work remotely from October to December 2022, Jef took it upon himself to take ownership of Clinton’s sites. This included daily visits to the teams at all three sites, engagement with customers where appropriate, assisting in planned fire drills, being on hand to help the Workplace Managers and even dealing with an unannounced protest at 62 Buckingham Gate.

Sammy Harrington, Key Account Director for Bidvest Noonan, commented: “Although this put a strain on Jef, he still managed, with the assistance of Elvis Albert (Security Manager), to ensure that the management of Cardinal Estate did not suffer as a result of this extra-curricular effort.”
