ARCHITECTURE
Our hotels, located in unique natural settings, have been designed to harmoniously blend with the landscape, using local materials and sustainable construction techniques.
T i e r r a At a c a m a With 28 rooms facing the Licancabur Volcano, the hotel operates with a photovoltaic system that supplies 100% of its energy demand during the day. It also features a wastewater management plan for irrigation and water efficiency measures throughout its facilities.
T i e r r a Pa t a g o n i a offering privileged views of the Torres del Paine, the hotel continues its commitment to energy efficiency and environmental conservation. In 2024 , we implemented infrastructure improvements to optimize resource consumption and reduce our carbon footprint .

USE OF CLEAN ENERGY AND WATER MANAGEMENT
E n e r g y At Tierra Atacama, the hybrid solar system enables energy self-sufficiency during the day. At Tierra Patagonia, we made progress in the tra nsition to renewable energy sources.
Wa t e r We strengthened our strategies for wastewater treatment and reuse for irrigation, optimizing consumption without impacting local water resources
WASTE MANAGEMENT AND CIRCULAR ECONOMY
Throughout the year, we implemented new measures to reduce waste and promote recycling:
Elimination of single-use plastics.
Composting of organic waste at the hotels.
Expansion of recycling programs with certified traceability.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Our commitment to local communities was reflected in our collaboration with local producers and artisans, promoting the circular economy and the preservation of cultural traditions. Through strategic partnerships, we supported projects that directly benefit neighboring communities.
