Easter is the most important holiday for Christians when the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ are remembered and celebrated. It is also a time when chocolate bunnies hop off the store shelves! Nowell Announces his Run for Seventh Judicial Circuit Judge Bunnell, FL – Attorney Sid Nowell, a Flagler County resident since 1996, has announced his desire to run for Seventh Judicial Circuit Judge. Circuit Judge Kim Hammond has held the position for 30 years and plans on retiring at the end of the year. Nowell, has over 34 years of experience as an attorney, graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1975. Mr. Nowell’s personal law firm, Nowell & Associates, specializes in government relations, education law, land use/zoning, immigration law, employment labor relations and civil litigation. Mr. Nowell is a certified mediator and arbitrator. In addition, he has just been nominated for Child Advocate of the Year by the Volusia/Flagler Committee for Positive Parenting.
