Staff We have a full induction plan for our staff and we ensure that we have suitable references in place before they start. We also ensure that they have a full Criminal Records Bureau clearance and are registered with Ofsted. Staff members all hold or working towards a childcare qualification from a teaching degree to NVQ level 2, 3 and 4/5 in playwork or childcare. We send all our staff on First Aid, Health and Safety and Food Hygiene courses and they receive regular in-house training.

Trips (Holiday clubs) We offer optional trips to children at the holiday clubs, if parents do not wish their child to go, the club will continue their usual daily routine. We always welcome parents and carers to help.

Accessibility and Inclusion We are committed to providing a fully accessible and inclusive environment which values and includes all children, staff, parents and visitors regardless of their education, physical, sensory, social, spiritual, emotional and cultural needs. We are further committed to challenging attitudes about disability and accessibility and to developing a culture of awareness, tolerance and inclusion

Parent Notice Board Don’t forget to look on our parent notice board, we will keep it regularly updated with club activities, menus, Ofsted and insurance certificates. It will also include information on EYFS, the newsletter, list of our policies, team information, etc.

Children’s Notice Board The other important notice board is the one where we display the children’s work. Don’t forget to look on our children’s notice board, we will keep it regularly updated with their work, photograph’s and pictures, etc.
