Molde University College – Specialized University in Logistics offers a 2 year international MSc programme in Petroleum Logistics, open for both Norwegian and international students with a recognized bachelor’s degree within Logistics, Economy, Engineering or Technology.
In general, logistics entails organizing the flow of products, services and information from raw materials to end products. For most business companies achieving high quality logistics operations will be the key competitive factor for future success. Oil and gas companies are no exception from this. The programme aims to give a thorough analysis and understanding of problems, challenges and solutions associated with all parts of the supply chains dealing with the oil and gas industry. On-shore as well as off-shore: exploration, purchasing, production planning, inventory management, and downstream distribution planning. Target audience The programme is organized as a full-time programme over two years, and with a final 18
MSc degree certificate from Molde University College. Lecturing and seminars will take place in Molde. Students at Molde University College will write their thesis in the fourth semester, either in Molde or Moscow. International applicants International applicants will be expected to apply under the category Individual Funding, and document sufficient funding to cover their own living expenses while being an international student in Norway.
