We host in-person onboarding training and regular (weekly) enrichment training. Advisors have access to a dedicated full-time trainer as you ramp up and continue your career here at Thrive. Our Mentorship Program also provides our new-to-real-estate Advisors with a dedicated real-world shadowing program.

Through our in-house Transaction Concierge, we remove as much as possible from your workload so you can focus on that which is most important: your clients and moving to your better life. We do this through our team of badass licensed Transaction Specialists, leveraged technology, and transaction automation.

One of our main motivations for growing Thrive is to provide more opportunities for our Advisors and Team to find career paths within our ecosystem.

In fact, Thrive was started because our founder had no other advancement opportunities at his prior brokerages. We’ve rewritten that story and have several examples to point to today.

Because we hold our culture and the tribe we surround ourselves with as sacred, you’ll find our interview process is a lot different than the usual sales pitch you get from most agencies.

We want you to be the right fit for Thrive, and for Thrive to be the right fit for you.

Our month-long onboarding process is one of the most important steps to starting your career at Thrive, and is your first opportunity to execute tightly. It falls across administrative, classroom and field exercises culminating in a final knowledge check to ensure you are ready to serve your clients at the highest level.

Improve

Our training starts at onboarding and continues throughout your career at Thrive. In your first 30-days, you’ll receive training with your Thrive cohort (peers joining at the same time). In addition, you’ll have access to weekly Enrichment Training that covers everything from business planning to home systems knowledge.

Always Growth mindset and growth opportunity is a constant at Thrive.

You will be challenged to grow in ways that are personal, professional, and spiritual (whatever that means for you).

Commissions: Our Graduated Split Program

● Our graduated split commission structure lets Advisors increase and maintain their earning potential throughout the year, and ongoing.

● The graduated split levels are applicable to Advisor Generated deals only.

● Company generated transactions are 50/50 after any referral fees due.

● Referral fees do not count towards GCI.

● The first 4 career transactions are calculated at 50/50 regardless of the source.

● Split levels move up in real-time as levels are achieved, based on last 365 days.

● A new anniversary date is set upon achieving a new level.

● Level is reset after 365 days (only drops back one level at a time).

There is a one time $475 Transaction Compliance & Audit Fee per closing, usually paid by the client.

Commissions: Mentor Program

If an experienced Advisor joins Thrive and qualifies for a Graduated Split level, but wants to participate in Thrive’s Mentor Program, the following splits will apply to their first 4 transactions as outlined in the Mentor Program.

● There is a one time $475 Transaction Compliance & Audit Fee per closing, usually paid by the client.

● All commission splits are calculated after any referral fees owed.

The Icon Clubs recognize and reward Advisors who have been in the industry and achieved a certain transaction count within their career.

Once these transaction counts have been reached and verified by Thrive’s Managing Broker, Advisors in the Icon Clubs have a lifetime-locked Advisor Generated Split.
