Yogurt Pops Kelly Hammer Luckie

8oz vanilla yogurt

2 TBSP local honey

2oz Ningxia Red

Optional – additional favorite fruits

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for approximately 4 hours.

Then my ounce or two of NingXia. Yum!

Tropical Ningxia Red Creamsicles Shauna Glicker

3 C pineapple juice

2 pouches Ningxia Red

1 can coconut milk

¼ C clover honey

3-4 C fresh frozen pineapple

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. I blend just enough to leave a few pineapple chunks for texture. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours. Enjoy!

Ningxia Red Gummies Tawni Ortega Kistner

¼ C of Juice (pick your favorite) ¼ C Ningxia Red 1 ¼ envelopes of gelatin 3-6 drops YL Orange Oil 1 ½ TBSP honey Candy molds

Whisk juice & gelatin in a sauce pan on low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. Whisk in honey, Ningxia Red, and up to 6 drops of YLEO. Pour in to molds and let cool. Enjoy!

Amanda Leggett Whitt I make NR gummies for my toddler! He ‘a not a bad eater but could def do more fruits and veggies. He likes to drink “mommas red juice” with me but he doesn’t do it everyday. So the gummies are perfect!!! What toddler doesn’t like gummies????? It’s super simple--1/2 cup 100% juice(I use apple) and 2.5 packs of gelatin simmered on low/med heat and whisked until mixed well. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup NR and 3 TBSP honey(I used local honey for an added immune boost). Wisk well and let cool slightly before adding 6 drops orange oil. I use a medicine dropper to fill fun candy molds. Set in fridge for an hour and enjoy! Whole process only takes about 15 min! Super yummy and so much better for you than those store bought gummies!!!



Ningxia Hot Lemonade Karen Roper

4oz Ningxia Red

Juice of one lemon

2 drops YL Lemon Oil

½ tsp baking soda

Hot water

Optional – honey or stevia for added sweetness

Mix all ingredients together. Make sure to use a tall glass as it will fizz. Add very warm water to make about a 12oz drink.
