The increased use of insolvency procedures to tackle fraud claims, and the development of the responsibility of banks for protecting their clients against scams. hat personality trait do W you most attribute to your success? hat is a book you think W everyone should read and why? Dostoyevsky’s “Crime and Punishment”. A cracking good read and existential travail…but goes off a bit towards the end. hat would be your W superpower and why? Flight. Meeting up with chums I have not seen for ages and broadening my knowledge of developments in the legal area.
