Preparing Revit, ArchiCad..manual for BIM team Making BIM model based on given drawings /archi tectural drawing, extracting quantity to support de tailed cost estimates for Singapore, HongKong, Tokyo, Taiwan...project Extracting, developing floor plan, elevation, section, specific locations, etc..from BIM model in order to support design department testing constructability. RIVERSIDE-COFFEE-SHOP

Site is assumed with the main view to riverside and two entrances. The students are requested to discover fully the best view and get the wind from the riverside. The curve face is used as the main purpose which is harmonious with the landscape and create a broad view.

The hospital is occupied by 150 beds in line with latest international health care standard. Thebuilding is extended along east to west to be adopted with appropriate climatic direction in the context. White Travertine stone and glass as the main material.

INTERIOR-VILLA-PROJECT

(TEAM WORK) The villa is in 19 Do Quang street, Thao Dien ward, 2 District, HCMC. It is perfect for entertaining large groups as well as for spending down time in relaxation and rejuvenation. The villaâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s living room mixes modern with traditional elements.

The kitchen is all about function in a sleek modern package. The elevated dining room floats above the livingroom in an open plan layout allowing light and air to flow throughout the space. The master bedroom offers a serene and peaceful decor.

This office would be sure to inspire creativity in the least motivated individual with outside views . The villaâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s stairwell is at its center with a large skylight flooding light down through the levels.

This 22 storey apartment project is located in District 7, HCMC. Comprising of 136 units apartment ranging between 75 sqm to 320 sqm (for the penthouse), with each spacious private space and service area.

The purpose of the project is to create the best working environment. To conduct this purpose, the designer combines the green tree area inside building and outside area. The economic profit and comfortable working environment of the user have to be guaranteed.

The facade is also focused by using the aluminum alloy. This materials create the curve line and attraction for the work, to become the symbol of city.

FOUR-STARS-hotel-resort-vinh-hy The Vinh Hy Hotel Resort is in Vinh Hy, Ninh Thuan, Vietnam’s tropical land and comprises of a hotel with 160 rooms and related facilities. It is located in an impoverished, dry, rural area, so replacing marginal agriculture with tourism that generates substantial employment and income for local people. The hotel stretches from a busy entertainment spine to the natural forest. The design combines masterplanning, landscape, architecture and interiors to set up a series of views and vistas to the sea.

The hotel is designed to sustainable principles (large overhangs, natural light, crossventilation, and planted roofs).

“Architecture in Nature, Nature in Architecture” is our basic concept for the hotel.

These rooms work equally well for holiday or business, as they are close to the lobby and function facilities. Each room has a private open air garden bathroom.

All rooms have sea views, and are accessed off naturally ventilated open corridors that have views over the surrounding sea. These wide-frontage rooms have bathrooms with a view, and large balconies with built-in daybeds.
