To become a centre of excellence in Pakistan for education, research and services in the field of paramedical sciences.
MISSION
To produce paramedical health professionals who shall be self directed life through learning. We are aiming at developing paramedical professionals who shall assure leaderships position in academics, health related institutions. The candidates shall be critical thinkers equipped with the knowledge, attitude and skills to address the health problems according to the quality standards and evaluation with an emphasis and research. This shall be achieved through the state of the art, innovative educational strategies involving variety of learning and teaching methods including use of advanced educational electronic technologies.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
To educate and train paramedical staff as per the requirements of Health Care Centers / Instit utions. To create & develop world class environment for aspiring students to acquire knowledge. To educate and guide student community regarding paramedical courses and its importance. To arrange and conduct health awareness camps in rural areas.
To educate masses in general about hygiene and its importance for good health. To prepare Para-Medical personnel to conduct researches on providing Care Services. To establish meaningful linkage between Hospitals and Medical Institution to serve the society better. To Excel in the paramedical field.
The faculty views Para-Medical courses as a profession which makes definite contribution to Primary Health Care. The scope of Para-Medical courses includes the prevention of disease, the promotion of health consciousness among individuals, families and community and the care for the sick, injured and infirm in the Hospitals and Community. The concept of comprehensive paramedics / Nursing includes care during illness, rehabilitation, guiding and teaching of patients and family regarding continued care, recovery and of health care. Paramedics / Nursing are a dynamic therapeutic and educative process of meeting the health needs of the society. Effective professional education requires an appropriate connection between the art and science of professional practice.The faculty perceives education and learning as process of behavioral change which may be brought about in a climate of mutual trust and understanding. Education for living and for the practice of Paramedics
/ Nursing is based on understanding of man derived from knowledge of the humanities psychological, social, and biological and physical sciences of human beings. Paramedics as an applied science develops its theory through the analysis and synthesis of observation derived from the care of people in variety of setting. There should be a constant enlargement of theory directed towards the improvement of Paramedics practice through scholarly enquiry and research.
