Registration Detail Options

Registration Deadline: Monday, January 4, 2015 Early registration is encouraged as space is limited, and hunts are reserved on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Half Day Hunt

$300

Includes a guide, dogs, snacks, and the cleaning and packing of your birds. Breakfast is included on morning hunts, and lunch is included on afternoon hunts.

Overnight Accommodations

$220/Per Room/Per Night

A limited number of overnight accommodations are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. A light breakfast will be available at Steelwood for all those staying overnight. Several rooms have more than one bed. Call Blake Westbrook at 205.437.2164 for room booking.

Friday Evening Networking Reception & Dinner

All hunters are invited to attend a networking dinner Friday night, January 16, as well as breakfast and lunch Friday and Saturday. The casual dinner will be an all-inclusive held at Steelwood.

Contributions to the LSCU FEDPAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are strictly voluntary and you have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Federal election law requires us to report the name, address, occupation and name of employer for individuals who contribute $200 or more in a calendar year. All non-sponsorship dollars must be personal funds.

Sponsorship Opportunities*

Event sponsors will receive considerable recognition in the pre-event advertising as well as throughout the event, according to the level of sponsorship. All sponsors, however, will receive the following: company logo on event signage, recognition provided on invitations and registration forms, networking opportunity with guests, and the opportunity to display promotional items at event registration table. Sponsorship deadline is November 28, 2014.

Hunters will be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner Friday night along with breakfast and lunch on Saturday. This will allow participants the opportunity to socialize and network without having to leave Steelwood. This sponsorship includes all of the sponsorship benefits plus access to the guest list and four half day hunts.
