Special Considerations and What to Bring
Sun Protection: Where a trip involves your child being outside between
11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or the UV rating is predicted to be 3 or greater, remind parents to provide children with the following: sunscreen, hat and water bottle. Sunglasses that protect against UV-A and UV-B rays are also recommended.
Students/students' families are responsible for transportation to and from RTH.
It is very important to wear the #1 dress.
Regarding lunch, middle schoolers should bring their lunch to eat at RTH unless parents are going to pick them up to go out for lunch - Middle School students are not allowed to leave without transferring duty of care from a teacher to a parent. It is especially recommended that students in the Intermediate and Senior choirs bring lunch because of the timing of the dress rehearsal, finale rehearsal, and concert.
Don’t forget your instrument (if in a band) and sheet music.
Students can bring cellphones but must put them away during rehearsal.
All students are expected to adhere to the school’s Code of Conduct.
