The Messenger is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our small, tight-knit team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written English

• Exemplary organisational & time management skills with the ability to multi-task

• Exceptional customer service & communication skills

• The ability to work well under pressure and meet print deadlines

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our local diverse businesses and community. Gain knowledge in the publishing industry, and generate creative work for our publications.

Days and hours can be negotiable. Minimum 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Please note you must be legally entitled to work in NZ and be willing and able to commit to 12 months minimum to be considered for this role.

You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, subject to project deadlines and mutual agreement.
