Pretty Sweet Lighting is an electrical contractor who has been servicing Wanaka and Central Lakes Otago residents and businesses since 2014. Our purpose is to make spaces comfortable and functional using the art of illumination and offer and deliver innovative lighting technology. We are looking for someone who has the following;

Lighting Sales Consultant Person specifications

Qualifications & experience

• Interior design qualification or two years experience in the building industry.

• Digital marketing and building plan or design based software qualifications or experience.

• Two years of customer services, Sales or marketing experience.

• Office managing or project managing experience.

Tasks & responsibilities

• You will be building on the existing customer contact list. Contacting and communicating regularly with clients facilitating sales and education of lighting ideas and products, discussing with project managers, lighting suppliers and lighting designers.

• You will be researching, updating and adding to the existing lighting product catalogues. Creating new internal product specification pages for new lights. Presenting new lighting ideas and existing lighting products to clients through consultations.

• You will be anaylsing the market for opportunities for growth and provide feedback to the company. Leading the strategy of bringing our catalogue of lighting to the market.

• You will able to use design programmes to design and deliver lighting and electrical plans. Negotiate with customers tendering your projects to convert to quotes, orders and sales.

• You will be required to carry out general administrative tasks for the electrical company as required.

• You will organise and create consultations with clients in house on lighting ideas, working to design and create lighting plans. Organising and creating lighting interest and hype events, presentations. If
