OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
Inn at the League room rates may be arranged for your guests with the Inn Manager. Please contact Sarah Selig at rosenbergs@unionleague.org for rates and availability.
WEDDING CEREMONY
A private room may be reserved for your wedding ceremony. Each room carries a room rental fee, based on the size, and will include chair setup and staging for the ceremony. Draping is also available for an additional fee. Room Rental Fees are taxable. Complimentary rehearsal space may be arranged with your Private Events Manager.
GUEST PARKING
Guest parking is included at the Midtown Parking Garage at 1415 Sansom Street. Complimentary parking is limited to one night.
COAT CHECK
A complimentary coat check is available during the winter season.
DECORATIONS
Votive candles, white, gold and cream table linen, as well as, white or cream napkins are available for your selection at no additional charge. Alternative napkins and linens may be arranged and will be charged accordingly.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographs are welcome in specific areas throughout our unique location. Please make arrangements in advance with your Private Events Manager to secure a time and location.
REHEARSAL DINNER AND POST WEDDING DAY BRUNCH
The Union League also provides the perfect setting for your rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch in one of our Private Event spaces.
VENDOR INFORMATION
All equipment must be loaded in through the Moravian Street entrance. Please provide your Private Events Manager with the contact information for all of your vendors. Vendor meals will be provided at your request: tossed salad, baked chicken, pasta primavera, assorted cookies and beverages.

Wedding Guidelines
A payment of 25% of the estimated event cost is required to confirm a specific date along with the signed contract and Member Host Form. The Member Host Form must be completed by an active Union League member. Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable. Prices listed on the 2025 Wedding Package are guaranteed through December 2025, unless there are specific cost increases beyond control.
Payment policy requires 50% of the estimated event cost 180 days (six months) prior to the event date with the final balance due three business days prior to the wedding date.
Each of our private rooms carry a rental charge based upon its size. This fee is not included in the package price. Your Private Events Manager will quote the room rental fee for your particular room. Ceremony space will be charged separately. Room rental fees are taxable.
There is a minimum food and beverage charge of $50,000 for all Saturday evening affairs in Lincoln Hall. The food and beverage minimum for the Meade and Grant rooms combined is $32,000. These minimums are inclusive of service charge and taxes, but do not include room rental fees. Other Private Event spaces may carry a food and beverage minimum at the discretion of the Union League.
The Chef requires a preliminary count of guests attending 14-days prior to your event. The final guaranteed guest count is due 72-hours before your wedding day. No allowance or credit will be extended if any less than the guaranteed guest count is in attendance. Any additional guests in attendance will be charged accordingly.
Our standard wedding package is five hours from the start of the cocktail hour. The bar will close briefly while your guests are escorted to the dining room. The bar will reopen for dinner and remain open for the remainder of the evening.
Bar extensions beyond five hours must be approved by the Director of Private Events. Should the bar extension be approved to extend beyond the allotted five hours, each additional half-hour will be charged a $950 (plus tax) room rental fee and a $25 inclusive per guest fee for the bar extension. Bar extensions will be no longer than one hour maximum. The bar extension fee will be based on the guaranteed guest count given 72-hours prior to the wedding.
The wedding tasting can be scheduled up to six months before the wedding date and are presented on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 1:30 and 3:00pm. Tastings are not available to be scheduled Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
The Union League does not furnish flowers, entertainment or photographers. You are welcome to use any insured and reputable vendor you feel is appropriate. Your Private Event Manager will gladly offer suggestions.
A credit card is required to guarantee any charges that may be incurred over the total balance paid.
