Station pricing includes three-ounce portions and one-hour of continuous service. All additional items will be charged for the entire guest count. Every station listed above requires at least one Chef’s attendant at $125 inclusive per attendant. The number of Chef’s attendants needed will be based upon the final guest count.

Additional Arrangements

Wedding Ceremony

An outdoor tent and chairs may be rented for your wedding ceremony at an additional fee. There may also be an additional set up fee depending on the complexity of the logistics. Complimentary rehearsal space may be arranged.

Table Scape

Votive candles, white and ivory table linen as well as white napkins are available for your selection at no additional charge. Alternative linens may be arranged and will be charged accordingly.

Photography

Photographs are welcome throughout our unique location, based on availability. Please make arrangements in advance with your Private Events Manager.

Rehearsal Dinner and Post

Wedding

Day

Brunches Union League National also provides the perfect setting for rehearsal dinners and brunch.

Vendor Information

Please provide your Private Events Manager with the contact information for all of your vendors. Vendor meals will be provided at your request and charged $45 inclusive per vendor.

Children’s Meals

Children’s meals are available for children twelveyears of age and younger. Each children’s meal consists of a fresh seasonal fruit cup, chicken tenders, French fries, broccoli and wedding cake. The fee is $45 inclusive per child.

Wedding Guidelines

A payment of 25% of the estimated event cost is required to confirm a specific date along with the signed contract. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment policy requires 50% of the estimated event cost 180 days (six months) prior to the event date with the final balance due three business days prior to the wedding date.

Each of our private rooms carries a rental charge based upon its size. This fee is not included in the package price. Your Private Events Manager will quote the room rental fee for your particular room. Ceremony space will be charged separately. Room rental fees are taxable.

The Chef requires a preliminary count of guests attending 14-days prior to your event. The final guaranteed guest count is due 72-hours before your wedding day. No allowance or credit will be extended if any less than the guaranteed guest count is in attendance. Any additional guests in attendance will be charged accordingly.

Our standard wedding package is five hours from the start of the cocktail hour. The bar will close briefly while your guests are escorted to the dining room. The bar will reopen for dinner and remain open for the remainder of the evening.

Should you choose to extend your wedding beyond the end time of the allotted five hours each additional half-hour will be charged a $750 (plus tax) Room Rental Fee and a $5 inclusive per Guest fee for the bar extension. The bar extension fee will be based on the guaranteed Guest count given 72-hours prior to the wedding.

There is a minimum food and beverage charge of $25,000 (inclusive of service charge and taxes) for evening affairs utilizing the entire clubhouse. This minimum does not include room rental fees. Other Private Event spaces may carry a food and beverage minimum at the discretion of Union League National.

Union League National does not furnish flowers, entertainment or photographers. You are welcome to use any insured and reputable vendor you feel is appropriate. Your Private Event Manager will gladly offer suggestions.
