ENJOY TASTY BBQ LIKE NEVER BEFORE
Who doesn’t love great BBQ? We cook our meats low and slow to create juicy, flavorful and tender BBQ!
Texas barbecue is special method of preparation for barbecue which specifically includes beef brisket, pork ribs and sausage. Savor the flavors of a true barbecue with our hickory wood-smoked BBQ. From our briskets to our pulled pork, we smoke everything to perfection. Our beef cuts are cooked in our pit low and slow to create the best, juicy and savory flavor that you won’t forget!
Our Cajun-Style seasoning blend hails from Lousianna, the home of delicious Cajun cuisine!
Our seafood boil is inspired by the classic Louisiana New Orleans style boil! Shrimp, king crab, mussels are boiled to cajun seasonings, butter and flavorful ingredients create a plethora of rich fla-
vors that will entice your mouth. It is the perfect balance of sweet, salty, smoky with a subtle surprise of heat all in one! Our seasoning will give you an exciting and unique kick while keeping the same home-style flavor you love.
We also offer OISO Lemon Garlic Sauce for our non-spicy food lovers.
This year, as expected, has come again. Who came, you ask? It’s none other than spring. After much contemplation of whether it would come or not, it finally arrived by our side, blowing warm sunshine and a gentle breeze. It even brought rain to quench the thirst of the dry trees, along with the fresh wind that tickles our noses.
In the meantime, our children, the 20,000 blueberry trees, endured and survived the long, cold winter. They happily greet us, stretching their heads out to say hello. Whenever the blueberries try to dress up beautifully with their splendid flowers, the passing winter winds would interrupt with a cold and strong gust. However, the blueberry trees, who have endured the long, cold winter, seem to find it amusing as they push away those chilly winds that come every time.
As the flower buds gradually grow, they open their doors wide, stretching their bodies that have been hunched over throughout the winter and greeting us with a smile. Now, the flowers bloom brightly, and soon the fruits will tempt us with their tantalizing scent as they ripen in the third and fourth weeks of June. It won’t be long before we can enjoy their sweet and delicious taste.
Those who know the taste will experience all the sweet happiness of the world that they have forgotten when they put a luscious and sweet blueberry in their mouths. If you want to taste that flavor, make sure to visit during the opening period in the third and fourth weeks of June. Don’t come too late. Last year, besides refreshing beverages, there was no food available, but this year, we have opened a small house café.
At the house café, you can enjoy homemade hamburgers, croffles (croissant waffles), iced coffee, hot coffee, hot tea, espresso, a whole chicken stew (serves 2, reservation required), and more. We have also prepared a large, luxurious RV (accommodates 11 people) and guest accommodations in Bungalow A and B since last year. Let’s create a happy and enjoyable life together with Rich Berry Farm this year as well.
